Special Music Order: Have a special tune that only you and your special someone have in mind or know of a piece for your ensemble that’s not on our or our affiliates list?  We’ll make it happen!  Just send in your request  30 days before and if you special song is indeed available, we’ll order it!

Reserve Repertoire List:  Our special reserved arrangements of literature that is not available to all clients or chamber groups.  With hundreds more pieces to choose from, take comfort in knowing that some of the music your guests will hear can only be heard at your event. 

Private Consultation on Ceremonial Program:  Does your program require a special one-on-one touch?  Want to make your ceremony truly unique that people will remember for years to come?  Don’t want to leave anything to chance?  Let us help you plan your program.  Talk with our specially trained Musical Planners to help you create your entire program from start to finish.  Ensure that every aspect of your event is covered!

 

Private On-Site Consultation:  If you want to get a sense of how the people, musicians, and venue will respond to your event, call us for an On-Site Consulation.  Have a trained Musical Planner come out to your venue and evaluate the sound, size, and response of the building.  Then after a series of tests, our MP will recommend the best ensemble for the event.  They will also be able to answer any questions regarding your event that you may have, right there on the spot!

 

Elite Packaging

For clients who want to pamper their guests and where errors are not an option.  Elite packaging is offered to our most distinguished clients.  Select any song to be arranged, music representatives at your aid, and speaker systems to permeate the venue’s walls. Includes Basic, Standard, & Premium Packaging plus components below.

Special Music Arrangment: Is you piece so new that it is not available for symphonic instruments?  Does it not even have sheet music available?  No problem.  We’ll take what is on the market and make a personalized arrangement for you and your ensemble.  Using trained composers in the field, know that you are getting a professional arrangement of your piece when you request this feature.

 

Music Representative at Rehearsal Dinner:  Want your party to know what songs they will hear when they enter the venue?  Want to know how much time you have to make it down the aisle?  Have a musical representative at your rehearsal dinner.  The musician will not only be able to play your song, but be able to instantly make an arrangement of your piece that will fit your vision.  Have the ceremony you wanted!

 

PA Speaker System Availability:  Do you have a large carpeted venue or is your event housed in an outdoor setting?  Still want the intimacy of a smaller sized ensemble but volume for all to hear?  Have us rent a speaker system for you.  Not only will you get the intimacy, but the adaptable nature of live professional musicians.
